This Policy will not apply to any of your interactions with Aspen Grove Psychological Services, PLLC offline.

Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

  • Currently, our Website does not alter its data collection and processing practices in response to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals or mechanisms, as uniform technological standards for DNT are still developing.

  • We manage various digital communication lists using professional list management systems. Unsubscribing from one list (such as periodic educational newsletters or practice updates) will not automatically remove you from all communications. We reserve the right to send you non-promotional, administrative, or transactional communications regarding your account, appointment confirmations, or active clinical services.

Protected Health Information (PHI) & Website Contact Forms

  • Do Not Submit PHI via General Web Forms: General contact forms available on aspengrove-psych.com are intended solely for general inquiries and scheduling requests. They are not encrypted for secure medical communication and do not constitute a HIPAA-compliant intake system. Please do not submit sensitive medical or mental health details through website contact forms. Secure, encrypted communication channels and client portals will be provided upon formal onboarding.

Passwords & Account Security

If you create an account or use a portal on our Sites requiring a username and password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

In compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), our Website and its general online content are directed to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data online from children under 13 without verified parental/guardian consent.
