They are not encrypted for secure medical communication and do not constitute a HIPAA-compliant intake system. Please do not submit sensitive medical or mental health details through website contact forms. Secure, encrypted communication channels and client portals will be provided upon formal onboarding.
Passwords & Account Security
If you create an account or use a portal on our Sites requiring a username and password, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
